A native from Miami, Florida, Michele has been a boater all of her life, giving her an advantage of knowing the difference among quality vessels.  “She started working the boat shows in 1980, and the passion has never left.” Graduating from FIU with a background in marketing and public relations, customer service is very important when dealing with a client. Working 12 years for a top marine industry dealer, she knows how to get things done.  Knowing owners and captains’ needs on a functional level allows her to find what it is you’re are looking for. “She attributes her success to a lot of experience, the desire to improve, and the fact that the service does not end when she closes the deal, it continues long after the sale.” In 2000 she created Billfish Blast Tournament, and has since fished throughout Florida, St. Thomas, Bahamas, Maryland, Portugal and Alaska. Michele lived in the Bahamas from 1993 - 1996, and this experience gave her a unique respect and appreciation for the sea. She is well informed regarding engine manufacturers including Caterpillar, Detroit, MAN, Volvo IPS and Cummins engines. In 2010 Michele made the transition to Merritt Boat & Engine Works, until Oct. 2018. Michele’s love of the sea translates to her clients. Her dedication and commitment to yachting industry has given Michele her an excellent reputation. Her knowledge and experience of yacht builders, along with the service that yacht's require, exceeds most customer’s expectations.
